Your appointments matter greatly to us at Salon Elite; they're reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes adjustments to schedules are necessary. Therefore, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
OUR COMMITMENT TO TIMELY SERVICE
It's essential to recognize that when appointments are forgotten or canceled without ample notice, it impacts our ability to serve others. Time is not just precious; it's our livelihood. To ensure efficient scheduling, appointments are now confirmed 48 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to fill any canceled slots promptly.
OUR STRICT CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
To address our challenges with no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we've implemented the following policies:
- All guests are requested to secure their appointment with a credit card hold. Your card will not be charged upon booking. However, if an appointment is not canceled prior to 24 hours or is a no-show, your credit card will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
- Guests with a history of no-shows or short-notice cancellations may be asked to provide a credit card deposit (50% of the services scheduled) for future reservations. This deposit will be applied to your services, but if you no-show or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances beyond your control. If you believe your situation requires special consideration, please request to speak with someone from our Leadership Team. While we don't take these policies lightly, they are necessary to protect our business.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS
As a courtesy, we will send reminders via text/email 48 hours before your appointment. However, it remains your responsibility to remember your appointment to avoid any missed visits.

REFUND POLICY
At Salon Elite, we take great pride in the quality of our services and strive to ensure every client leaves feeling their best. While we do not offer refunds on services, we are committed to making things right if there is an issue with the quality of your service.
If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly schedule a correction at no additional charge. Adjustments must be for the original service performed and with the same service provider.
However, if you received the service you requested but later decide you would like something different, this does not qualify as a complimentary adjustment. We are happy to schedule an additional appointment to make changes, but standard service pricing will apply.
